Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@tathyaa.com. Pickup would be taken care by the company on extra charges.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide exchange or refund according to customer's preference.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item within 15days of new product finalized.
If the exchange/return is accepted, the replacement product for exchange/return will be delivered in 7days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once the refund is accepted the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within the 1 to 7 working days
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of Damage or Defective products received, the new product will be replaced within 7 days
Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you under the 7-day money back policy?
We offer FREE return shipping across India for all products within the 30-day money back policy.
How do I return the product to Tathyaa within 7 days?
- Select the item in your order that you want to return or contact our customer support
- Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.
- We'll book return pickup on our courier partner portals
- You'll get the call from partner for pickup time coordination
- Please hand over the product to the 3rd party courier partner person coming for pickup
- Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in 2-3 working days after a quality check.
Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy:
We offer Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back on all purchases* made from Tathyaa within India. You may avail Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back by presenting your purchase at a store or raising a request online. The exchange/buy back value will be calculated as per the current market value on the day the exchange request is raised. ₹ 1000 processing charges for shipping and handling, along with any applicable deductions as mentioned below. Making charges would not be returned.
If you received a discount or any gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the equivalent value, as applicable. You can also choose to return the gift received.
For solitaire jewelery, if the solitaire certificate(s) is missing, then a standard deduction of ₹ 3500 will be applicable per certificate & diamonds would be inspected as it reaches back unit.
Lifetime Exchange
If you choose to avail Lifetime Exchange on your purchase, the final exchange value will be credited to your account after Quality Check (QC)
Lifetime Buy-Back
If you choose to avail Lifetime Buy Back on your purchase, the final buy-back value will be credited to your account after Quality Check (QC).

Note:
- You will be required to visit the Order History page within 15 days of receiving the valuation to approve or reject the calculation. Once you accept the valuation, the amount will be refunded to your BlueStone account. In case of rejection, we will ship the jewellery back to you.
- Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the exchange/buy back amount of the product.

We provide free delivery/shipping on all items within India.
Transit Insurance
All goods will be fully insured by Tathyaa until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
